Produced by members of the ASOPEP cooperative that is located in the town of Planadas, Tolima. The ASOPEP cooperative is an association of growers committed to quality and minimising the environmental impact of coffee production. They have certified almost 100% of their members as organic. They have weekly sessions at their labs to teach producers and their families, including children for those willing, how to cup. ASOPEP is composed of 175 coffee farming families.
