Founded by Serafín Tocto and Cristina Peña, their legacy has been passed down through generations, with each family member committed to producing outstanding high-altitude coffee while honouring the traditions of their region.
Grown in the cool mountain climate and nutrient-rich soils of El Porvenir, this microlot showcases the classic Bourbon variety. The cherries are carefully washed processed to highlight the variety’s natural sweetness, bright acidity and remarkable clarity in the cup.
The result is an elegant, vibrant coffee that beautifully expresses both its unique terroir and the experience of a family that has refined their craft over a lifetime.
