Mexico El Motmot is a standout decaf that delivers full flavour without compromise. Grown organically in the highlands of Chiapas at 1,100–1,600 masl, this coffee is a blend of Typica, Bourbon and Catuai varietals, washed and then gently decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process.
Using pure water from Pico de Orizaba—Mexico’s tallest mountain—the caffeine is removed without chemicals, preserving the bean’s natural complexity and sweetness. The result is a smooth, sweet and balanced cup, with notes of cherry, caramel, citrus and toffee.
